Background of the project

The Charitable foundation has been supporting health and rehabilitation projects for many years. Since the beginning of the full-scale war, volunteers of the ICF "Via Concordia" have been operating in various regions of Ukraine, helping soldiers of the units of the Armed Forces, temporarily displaced persons, the elderly and other vulnerable sections of the population.

Objectives of the project

Provision of psycho-emotional support services to Ukrainians, taking into account the importance of mental health as a social component. Cooperation with qualified specialists, who use professional methods aimed at helping people recover from difficult psychological conditions will provide an opportunity to help Ukrainians of all ages, regardless of their current location. The support will be available directly in the relevant centers or online thanks to modern communication channels.
And also, depending on emotional states and appropriateness, project participants have the opportunity to undergo individual and group normalization programs. One of the main strategies of the project is to create a network of psychological support centers for Ukrainians.

The participants of the project – are ordinary Ukrainians who are currently in the war zones, in a relatively safe territory, but who feel the anxiety, the mental imbalance, as well as displaced persons who need psychological help.

According to  terms of the project, Ukrainians receive these servicesfree of charge. The cost of the service is paid by benefactors.
